SYCAMORE - A man who was already in custody for Criminal Trespass, Arson, and Domestic Battery is now facing two new charges of Aggravated Criminal Sexual Abuse and Criminal Sexual Assault. The DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office says they added the charges for 32-year-old Travis J. Council after an ongoing investigation. He is still being detained at the DeKalb County Jail. Council was originally arrested in March of this year for allegedly trespassing at Suburban Apartments in DeKalb.
