DEKALB - The grand total will not be known for a few more days, but already Give DeKalb County has broken their all time donation record. Non-profits received nearly $1.9 million in total donations during the all day event yesterday, helping support dozens of organizations. Over 2500 donors contributed to a number of different causes, in what has become a fun and exciting fundraising event in the area. Give DeKalb County is an event organized by the DeKalb County Nonprofit Partnership, which is a program sponsored by the DeKalb County Community Foundation.
