CHICAGO - Rewards totaling $100,000 are being offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the man wanted for the murder of Chicago Police Officer Luis Huesca. A warrant was issued for the arrest of Xavier Tate Jr. Huesca was shot and killed April 21st while heading home from work. Crime Stoppers and ATF are offering a combined $25,000 for information leading to an arrest, while the Chicago Police Memorial Foundation, the FBI and the Fraternal Order of Police are offering a combined $75,000.
