DEKALB - A 44-year-old DeKalb driver was seriously injured in a single vehicle crash where their vehicle struck a tree on Friday night. Around 10:30 PM DeKalb County Sheriff’s Deputies were called to Rich Road west of Nelson Road, where they reported the driver was traveling west on Rich Road, when for unknown reasons they slightly left the roadway, over-corrected, then went off the road and struck a tree. The driver was transported to an area hospital with serious injuries.
