RTHS Athletic Director Rich Harvey and assistant wrestling coach Nelson Baker have received recognition for this past season from the Illinois Wrestling Coaches and Officials Association.
Harvey has been named Class 2A Administrator of the Year and Baker Class 2A Assistant Coach of the Year by the IWCOA.
The Hubs had an oustanding 2023-24 wrestling season. They won the Interstate 8 Conference Championship and came in first place at the Rochelle Class 2A Regional.
RTHS also qualified for the Class 2A Dual Team State Wrestling Tournament.
Harvey and Baker will receive their awards at the 52nd Annual Hall of Fame Award Banquet on April 14th in Alsip.
