ROCHELLE - The Helms Outdoor Facility Project undertaken by the Flagg-Rochelle Community Park District is nearing completion. Executive Director Jackie Ohlinger announced the track removal is 95% complete. She noted that the grass is growing well where the track used to be, in part due to the cooperative weather.
