CHICAGO - A federal appeals court is upholding R. Kelly's 20-year prison sentence. The disgraced singer was convicted on multiple child sexual abuse charges back in 2022, although he recently tried to appeal that ruling. On Friday, an Illinois court ruled that Kelly had been correctly sentenced. Kelly has separately appealed his 30-year prison sentence in New York.
